Scope and Responsibility
I develop the monthly marketing plans and strategy, manage Google Ads across European and GCC markets, implement tracking and optimization, and design both the corporate website and professional high-ticket landing pages.

Rebuilding the Acquisition Structure
A prefabricated house is a high-consideration purchase with long decision cycles, different B2B and B2C needs and varied search intent across countries. The project required clear pages and reliable contact tracking before optimization.

What Changed
